Tony and Eva met up at Rudy?s Country Store, though neither seemed too interested in being seen by the paparazzi- Tony ducked behind a post while Eva went incognito in a black hat and black top.
And though they seemed friendly, a pal told press that the divorce is still on for the time being. However, the source also said no to rule out a possible change of heart.

Another TV-Made Marriage Hits the Dust! How Will It Affect the Show?
Well, isn't this awkward. Dexter's married costars, Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter, are divorcing. For some fans, it was already a little strange to watch the real-life lovers playing brother and sister on the Showtime show. Now we'll be watching estranged lovers as siblings.
Back when the pair first acknowledged their off-screen romance, Carpenter told The LA Times that they did consider how news of their relationship might affect the way people viewed the show. "We did a lot of talking about it," she said. "Can we kiss, what will that mean, will we damage the credibility of our characters?"
If they didn't then, they might have now. It will be very hard to watch the two actors -- both of whom have won awards for their work on this show -- without looking for signs of emotional strain. To the extent that a divorce can be amicable, it's still hard to imagine ex-spouses working together smoothly, especially if one of them moves on to another relationship!
Not so for Heroes co-stars Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia, who also fell in and out of love while working together. Rumor had it things got so uncomfortable that Panettiere tried to have his character written off the show. Perhaps Ventimiglia should have known better: His last on-set romance, with Gilmore Girls costar Alexis Bledel, had gone sour, too.
They say tension loomed large for Alias co-stars Jennifer Garner and Michael Vartan when they broke up after a year-long, on-set romance. Soon after, Vartan's role was diminished, which some fans attributed to Garner's new romance with Ben Affleck. (Having Vartan around was just too uncomfortable.) You can't blame them, since Garner wasn't a first-time offender in the love-'em-and-leave-'em department. She'd already married her Felicity costar, Scott Foley, only to divorce him a few years later.
The diciest on-set break-up might have been the one on Brothers & Sisters. When Dave Annable and Emily VanCamp fell for each other on set, the producers changed their characters' status from siblings to lovers (through a paternity scandal plot). If they thought this would give the couple a longer expiration date, they were wrong. The pair broke up, and VanCamp has since left the show. Meanwhile Annable went on to marry Odette Yustman -- who's recently guest-starred on the show as...his love interest.
Of course, it's also worth mentioning that a few TV costar romances have actually blossomed into enduring love. Soap couple Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa are still going strong. Several years into her marriage, Alyson Hannigan is still devoted to her Buffy the Vampire Slayer costar, Alexis Denisof. And though it's still fairly new, the Anna Paquin-Stephen Moyer marriage forged on the set of True Blood, seems solid.

Reese Witherspoon's Sophisticated, Musician Children
She?s one of the most sought-after actresses in Hollywood, but Reese Witherspoon is more interested in being a mother to her kids.
The ?Sweet Home Alabama? babe gushed about her son Deacon (7) and daughter Ava (11) during a recent interview with MTV.
She began, "They're into the White Stripes right now. They're both learning to play the electric guitar, and it's kind of awesome. They're playing 'Seven Nation Army' around the house."
"That's the thing too; Having kids that grow up in L.A., the sophistication level is totally different. They are only into songwriters who write their own music, and I'm like, 'Wow, I was not that sophisticated as a child.'"
Ms. Witherspoon also recalled a recent Carrie Underwood concert where Ava pleaded with her not to be embarrassing. "She said, 'Mom I really appreciate you taking me to the concert, but will you please not embarrass me in front of Carrie Underwood by singing because she's a real singer and you're just, like, a movie singer.'"

Brody Jenner to Joe Francis: Sorry Man!
Brody Jenner is not only retracting his allegation that Joe Francis beat up Jayde Nicole (Brody's then-girlfriend), he's apologizing to his former enemy.
He's obligated to, of course, as part of the settlement to their legal war over an incident that took place between the three of them in August 2009.
Jayde Nicole said Francis pulled her hair and punched her in the face in a wild nightclub melee that ended with a chivalrous Jenner getting tasered.
Bromance means being able to own up to it when you're wrong.
Their stories varied, but Joe was too close to his ex (and Jayde's BFF) Abbey Wilson for the couple's liking. Jayde sued the Girls Gone Wild founder.
That's all water under the bridge now. Brody and Jayde split last December, and after settling with Francis, he writes as part of this public apology:
"I would like to acknowledge for the record that media reports that you beat up Jayde Nicole that night ... were completely inaccurate."
Now with Avril Lavigne, Brody adds: "I have always known you to be a gentleman and I'm very sorry that you were wrongly accused that night."
And the always-polite Brody Jenner even ends by writing, "Please accept my congratulations and best wishes on your recent marriage."
Joe married Christina McLarty last month. We're guessing Brody wasn't invited to the wedding, but at least they've buried the hatchet.
